The importance of the warm up

Golfers will do just about anything to enhance their performance on the course. From new practice tools to the latest driver, nothing seems too extravagant or silly in the pursuit of a few extra yards. The warm up is an important part of golf and will only help with swing speed and carry distance so why not take the few extra minutes to get it done.
