Improve mobility and strengthen adductors & lower back

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand with feet together in box #9 facing sideways with toes on midline strip

Cueing & Measurement:

Step feet out two boxes each side with outside of each foot on white lines
Bend forward at the waist, bending at knees slightly if necessary & place hands in box #9 with fingers on midline strip
Reach one hand out & up to the ceiling, rotating spine to look up at hand
Lower and repeat, raising other hand
Return upright & step feet out slightly further to increase stretch & repeat
Record box # and midline strip # of feet at furthest distance
