TRX Suspended Split Squat

Sagittal Plane


Strengthen lower body & core

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with TRX hanging one foot behind mat
Stand at front end of mat with one foot in suspension foot loops

Cueing & Measurement:

Step standing foot out to 3rd/4th row of boxes with back knee at/near 90 ̊
Record position of front foot on midline strip
Lower back knee down to mat, bending front knee
Push off left foot to return back up to start position
Switch sides, placing other foot in loops & repeat
