TRX Kneeling Roll Out

Sagittal Plane


Strengthen lower body & core

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with TRX hanging at front end of mat
Kneel, holding the handles at knee height at front edge of mat

Cueing & Measurement:

Lean forward, move hands out to 2nd row of boxes, keeping shoulders over hands
Return back in to start position and repeat moving out to 3rd row of boxes
Return and repeat again, going out to 4th row or as far as you feel comfortable
Record position of head on midline strip
