Assess alignment of shoulders & hips

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Kneel on pad at front end of mat, holding kettlebell in front of thighs in both hands

Cueing & Measurement:

Raise the kettlebell straight up in front to shoulder height with your arms straight
Record the position of kettlebell on midline strip
Lower kettlebell 2-4” on strip and hold for 10secs
Continue lowering in 2-4” increments, holding for 10secs each increment
