Staggered Stance Squat

Sagittal Plane

Purpose: 

Improve lower body strength & stability in sagittal plane

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand, facing sideways with front foot in box #1 & back foot in box #6

Cueing & Measurement:

Squat, bending hips and knees
Return upright, then step back foot out one box & repeat squat
Step left foot out to box #5 and repeat squat
Step right foot back in to box #12 and repeat squat
Step left foot back in to box #5 and repeat squat
Repeat full sequence
