Improve Rotational Power

Starting Position:

Mat on floor in-line with cable pulley: handle above shoulder height one inch in front of the mid-line of the cable machine
Left foot to the left of the midline off the mat at the one inch mark
Right foot four boxes forward, bend back leg to 90 degrees 2-3 inches off mat

Cueing & Measurement:

Hold cable handle in left hand: do a pushing motion
Punching action shoulders rotate 45 degrees
Opposite arm is bent to 90 degrees and helps with rotation
