Improve hip, hamstring & spine mobility

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Place foot on the midline

Cueing & Measurement:

Step one foot forward 5-6 boxes to the side of midline strip & place opposite hand down inside ankle on strip
Match heel of hand with heel of foot, keeping back leg straight
Reach opposite hand up to the ceiling, rotating your spine & hold for 3-secs
Switch hands, rotation open to the other side & hold for 3-secs
Lower and push off front foot to return upright
Switch feet and repeat sequence
