Single Leg Box Squat
Sagittal Plane
Purpose:
Assess lower body stabilization & strength and ability to perform elevation change
Starting Position:
Mat in open space with 18” box at side in middle of mat
Stand on box with MetXstrap lying over side of box down to mat
Cueing & Measurement:
Raise outside foot off box and out to side
Lower down into squat with outside foot dorsi-flexed and leg straight
Record depth of heel on MetXstrap
Switch sides and repeat
