Single Leg Balance

Multi-Plane

Purpose: 

Assess hip, knee & ankle stability

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand in box #9 with feet together, facing sideways

Cueing & Measurement:

Raise one foot off the mat slightly & hold for 30-secs, keeping balance
Lower foot & repeat on the other foot
Repeat on both feet, closing eyes and holding for 30-secs, maintaining balance
