Sagittal Plane


Strengthen gluten & hip stabilizers in sagittal plane

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand at front edge of mat with mini band around ankles

Cueing & Measurement:

Step forward one box at a time with feet on box numbers & toes to front lines
When you reach the end of the mat, turn to face other direction and repeat, stepping 2 boxes at a time
At end of mat, turn and repeat a third time, stepping 3 boxes at a time
Keep core engaged throughout
