Med Ball Push Up (2 Balls)

Transverse Plane

Purpose: 

Strengthen shoulders, upper body & core

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with one ball in box #7 & other in box #11
Top of push up, facing sideways with a hand on each ball

Cueing & Measurement:

Lower chest down to mat, bending elbows then push up to a straight-arm position
Move one ball out one additional box and perform push up
Move other ball out one additional box and perform another push up
Move one ball back in one box and perform push up
Move other ball back in and perform push up
Repeat
