Frontal Plane


Increase upper body, shoulder & core strength and mobility of thoracic spine

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Kneel at front end of mat, facing sideways

Cueing & Measurement:

Place one hand in box #5 and other in box #1, knees bent at 90 ̊ & 2” off floor
Move hands one at a time laterally across mat one box at a time
Shift feet laterally as you move hands, keeping hips levels
Continue moving hands and feet laterally to end of the mat
Reverse the direction
