Frontal Plane


Strengthen lower body & core in frontal plane

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with the sleeve of barbell on midline strip in first row of boxes
Stand at end mat facing sideways, one foot in 2nd row of boxes & other off mat

Cueing & Measurement:

Step right foot laterally into box #6, bending knee& keeping left leg straight
Push off right foot to return back up to start position
Step laterally again increasing distance by one box
Step back to start position
Repeat 2-3 times increasing distance by one box each rep
Switch sides and repeat with on left side
