Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand, facing sideways with front foot in box #1 & back foot in box #4, holding kettlebell in both hands at chest

Cueing & Measurement:

Squat, keeping kettlebell at chest height
Return upright, then step one foot out one additional box & repeat squat
Return upright and step other foot out one box and repeat squat
Return upright and repeat stepping in one foot one box each rep
Repeat full sequence
