Strengthen lower body & core

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand, facing sideways with right foot in box #9 & left in box #12, holding kettlebell in both hands at chest

Cueing & Measurement:

Squat, keeping kettlebell at chest height
Return upright, then step left foot out to box #14 & repeat squat
Return upright and step left foot out to box #16 and repeat squat
Switch feet, placing left foot in box #9 & right in box #8
Perform 3 reps stepping right foot out one box each rep
Repeat full sequence
