Improve hip mobility

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with a bench/step in middle of mat
Stand at end of mat with toes touching edge\

Cueing & Measurement:

Position bench/step on mat, recording box or midline strip number of front edge
Step one foot on bench/step & slowly drive hip forward, holding briefly
Return back to start position & switch sides, placing other foot on bench/ step and repeat
