Frontal Plane


Improve strength & stability of lower extremity in closed kinetic chain in frontal plane

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand with feet together in box #9, facing sideways

Cueing & Measurement:

Step right foot forward & across in front of left leg into box #12
Lower down, dropping back knee & keeping weight on right leg
Push off right foot to return to the start position
Switch sides, stepping left foot in front & across right leg into box #8
Repeat on each side increase the distance by one box
