Strengthen hips & core and improve single leg balance

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with Airex pad in middle of mat
Stand on Airex pad facing sideways

Cueing & Measurement:

Raise right foot, reach to side & gently tap midline strip to side of pad
Tap right foot across in front on box white lines from box #8 to box #12
Reverse direction, keeping your balance on left foot on Airex pad
Switch feet & repeat, tapping left foot across in front
