Airex Pad Toe Tap Forward/Backward

Sagittal Plane


Strengthen hips & core and improve single leg balance

Starting Position:

Mat in open space with Airex pad in middle of mat
Stand on Airex pad facing forward along mat

Cueing & Measurement:

Raise right foot & reach forward to tap midline strip in front of pad
Tap right foot on box white lines from box #14 back to box #8 as you externally rotate left hip
Reverse the direction, keeping your balance on Airex pad
Switch feet & repeat, tapping left foot and externally rotating right hip
