Ab Wheel Roll Out

Sagittal Plane


Strengthen shoulders & core

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Kneel on Airex pad at front of mat, holding power wheel on midline strip

Cueing & Measurement:

Roll wheel forward along midline strip to 2nd row of boxes
Keep shoulders over hands & back flat
Roll back in to start position and repeat moving out to 3rd row of boxes
Return and repeat again, rolling out to 4th row or as far as you feel comfortable
Record position of head on midline strip
