Purpose:
Assess hip and shoulder strength & mobility
Starting Position:
Mat in open space
Top of push up with feet on gliders in 1st row of boxes on mat, hands directly under shoulders
Cueing & Measurement:
Drag feet in towards hands, lifting hips up & keeping legs straight
Record midline strip number of closest distance
Slide feet back out to start position & repeat
