Purpose:
Assess hip flexion & pelvic stabilization
Starting Position:
Mat in open space
Lie on back on mat with heels touching front end of mat
Cueing & Measurement:
Raise one leg straight up to comfortable height
Use straight edge or BAMstrap to measure straight down heel to midline strip
Repeat with other leg
Compare measurements
