Ski Hops
Frontal Plane
Purpose:
Increase lower body strength, agility & quickness
Starting Position:
Mat in open space
Stand in middle of mat, facing sideways with feet together in box #7
Cueing & Measurement:
Squat slightly and jump both feet together into box #11, landing a semi-squat
Jump back into box #7, keeping feet together
Continue hopping back and forth for boxes #7 & #11
*PROGRESSION: increase length of the jump by one box ie #5 to #13
