Squat Jump

Sagittal Plane


Increase lower body power

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand at front end of mat with toes touching edge

Cueing & Measurement:

Squat slightly, then jump forward into 1st row of boxes, swing arms up in front
Bend at hips & knees to absorb landing & stick position
Jump forward again into 2nd row of boxes, land & hold position
Continue to squat jump forward in one box increments to end of the mat
Turn to face other direction & repeat
