Improve strength & stability of lower extremity in closed kinetic chain in sagittal plane

Starting Position:

Mat in open space
Stand at end of mat with toes touching edge

Cueing & Measurement:

Step one foot forward, drop back knee to mat, keeping weight on front leg
Record positions of the front foot and knee
Push off your front foot to return to the start position
Switch sides, stepping forward on other foot, placing foot and back knee in the same positionst
